Matt Ruthven joined the company in 1998. As the Vice President of Leasing, his responsibilities include leasing and development. He works daily with brokers, prospects and clients to develop and maintain relationships that provide warehouse solutions. He is married to his wife, Lisa, and they have three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He has a Bachelor of Science in Citrus/Business from Florida Southern College and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Matt has a dedicated history of industry involvement including being past president of Lakeland Realtors, past district vice president of Florida Association of Realtors, a former board member for the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, the Lakeland Electric Advisory Panel, and a Leadership Lakeland graduate and former board member. He currently sits on the board for the Polk County Manufacturers Association.

Matt is engaged with community involvement, serving as former president for Lakeland Kiwanis which recognized him with the Servant Leader Award, and a former board member of the Salvation Army and Peace River Center. He is an active member of First Presbyterian Church.
